Step 2: Set Up Your Client Profile

When you book your first appointment (consultation or session), you’ll create a profile in our Jane booking system. This profile gives you access to:

  • Our secure client portal

  • Online booking for future sessions

  • Video calls for virtual appointments

  • Financial documents and receipts

Before your first session, you’ll also receive an electronic consent form to complete.

Note: If you’re booking a couples session, both partners will need to create their own profiles so each of you can complete your individual forms.
